Virginia Tech is seeking a Trades Mechanic to perform carpentry, masonry and painting tasks in support of campus maintenance on the VT campus in Blacksburg. The role also assists plumbing and electrical trades as requested and upholds the university’s Standards of Conduct and Ut Prosim motto.
Requirements include journeyman level experience in multiple trades, ability to read blueprints, record keeping, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.
