Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We're looking for an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, lead skilled crews, and play a key role in delivering successful commercial electrical projects.

What You'll Do As an Electrical Foreman, you'll manage daily field activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to oversee assigned electrical scopes.
  • Managing labor, materials, and production activities to meet project schedules and goals.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members.
  • Enforcing and promoting strong safety practices and quality standards.
  • Using company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.
  • Identifying and resolving field challenges while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Supporting a collaborative, professional job site environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing electrical scopes for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Experience leading, training, and developing electrical teams.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to complete project documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
