Reporting to the Mechanical Services Supervisor at Virginia Tech, the selected candidate will perform welding, plumbing, steam fitting, and HVAC tasks to keep building systems operating under optimal conditions. The role covers a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance activities across facilities.
Qualified applicants will have journeyman-level experience, licensure or reciprocal licensing within eleven months, and welding certifications.
