Job Description

Help Create a Safe and Healthy Hokie

Experience:

As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Technician, you'll play an important role in creating safe, healthy, and comfortable living and dining environments for thousands of Virginia Tech students. Every day, your work helps ensure students have a safe and healthy place to live, study, and build lifelong memories.

This is a hands‑on position that offers a unique combination of environmental health, industrial hygiene, fire and life safety, pest management, and wildlife management responsibilities. No two days are exactly alike. We understand that few candidates will have experience in every aspect of this position. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
