The Town of Blacksburg is seeking an experienced automotive/fleet mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair a range of vehicles and equipment. You will operate garage tools, perform state inspections, and document labor and parts used while ensuring safety and reliability of town assets.
Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and may pursue ASE certifications. Overtime may be required and a tool allowance is provided.
