Class A drivers with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are looking for the guarantee of a salary and extra pay per shipment, along with great benefits, while getting home weekly.

These deliveries are 100% touch; freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook and go. Drivers average $1400-$2000 per week with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.

Full benefits after 60 days. The driver will have 3-5 days of training on the account and will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends). Drivers may take trucks home but must be able to park the tractor and trailer. Riders and pets can be brought after completing training.

JOB PAY AND SUMMARY

• Drivers will pick up loads at a distribution center just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
• Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by placing boxes weighing between 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there; drivers do not do inventory or merchandising.
• When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times, they will still be on a load. When the week starts, they will finish the deliveries and then head back to the DC for the next load.
• Orientation will take place in Dayton, generally about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, and you are paid $85 per day during orientation.
• Training is generally 3-5 days. You will either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option can be guaranteed, so you must be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215 per day.
• After training you may bring a rider and a dog with you while you run.
