CDL-A Truck Driver Home Weekly Earning $1380-$2000+ (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and the opportunity to get home weekly.
These deliveries are 100% touch – freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook‑and‑go. The average pay is $2 177 /WK for deliveries in PA, NJ, MD, Eastern OH, WV, and Northern NC.

Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends). They may take trucks home but must be able to park the tractor and trailer. Riders and pets are allowed after completing training.
Home reset is typically 34 hours, during which drives may still be on a load.
Training & OrientationOrientation takes place in Dayton and lasts about two days. Company reimburses transportation, hotel, and meals, and pays $85/day for orientation. Training lasts 3–5 days, paid at the daily rate. Trainers may share a bunk or provide a truck; the driver must be flexible to either arrangement.
PaymentDaily salary: $215/day plus $300 for each trailer unloaded.
Drivers typically make 2–4 stops per trailer, unloading boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt at the store. Store personnel handle inventory and merchandising; drivers only unload the truck.
Drug Test PolicyOnly urine drug tests are conducted. Failure or refusal of any drug test is disqualifying, regardless of prior SOS completion or how long ago the incident occurred.
Job Requirements- Minimum 21 years old.
- One full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
- Current CDL in the state of residence.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
- No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, rollovers, and any accidents with a commercial vehicle.
- No termination from the most recent job.
- No major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, rollovers, or any incidents involving a commercial vehicle.
- Allowed commercial driving violations: up to two DOT recordable accidents in three years (with exclusions as above).
- Personal vehicle violations (third‑party) allowed: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device.
- No misdemeanors in the last three years and no felonies in the last seven years (with the exception of sexual crimes).
