You will be a familiar, steady presence in a client's home-not just another person assigned to a shift. Your support may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs.

• Preparing simple meals and helping clients follow their daily routines.

• Performing light housekeeping to keep living spaces comfortable and safe.

• Providing medication reminders and helping with occasional errands.

• Supporting safe mobility and helping reduce fall risks at home.

• Offering companionship, conversation, reassurance, and encouragement.

• Paying attention to changes in a client's wellbeing and communicating concerns promptly.
