Within a 25-bed acute-care setting, the Hospital Finance Manager will influence budgeting, rapid cycle improvement, streamlined service-line analytics, and collaboration across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic operations to advance access, quality, and financial sustainability for the community. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners with revenue cycle, supply chain, nursing leaders, physicians, and clinic operations while guiding budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting, reimbursement analytics, payer contract support, audit readiness, capital planning, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and KPI dashboards;
supported by a team that values data-informed decisions and clear communication, the Hospital Finance Manager mentors analysts and drives value-based results that enhance patient care and organizational resilience.
