DescriptionLove high‑end residential design? We are looking for a seasoned AutoCAD Project Manager (5+ years of commercial or residential experience) to lead the technical development of our exemplary homes. This role bridges artistic vision and built reality.
Key Responsibilities- Translate hand‑drawn sketches or conceptual drawings from architects/designers into detailed AutoCAD construction documents.
- Liaise with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent from concept to completion.
- Manage project timelines, maintain rigorous quality control standards, and coordinate schedules.
- Mentor and lead other CAD technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate ongoing with architects/designers and on‑site contractors to solve design challenges and ensure final deliverables meet high standards.
- AutoCAD expert with advanced drafting skills and understanding of building systems, technology, and high‑end construction methods.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Positive communicator and team player who values professionalism and collaboration.
- Detail‑oriented with an eye for precise molding profiles and construction details.
- 5+ years of commercial or residential drafting experience.
