What You'll Do:

• Create detailed construction documents, SIP shop drawings, and panel plans for a variety of building projects
• Review project specifications, CAD models, and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
• Analyze project information and determine the most effective panel layouts and design solutions
• Communicate technical information with clients, project managers, engineers, and internal team members
• Maintain organized project documentation while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

What You Need to Bring:

• 1+ year of drafting and/or AutoCAD experience preferred
• Degree and/or experience in construction, building science, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required;
  Revit or similar drafting software experience preferred
• Strong math aptitude and understanding of structural and architectural concepts
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
