Overview

Our tutoring programs accelerate academic results because we tailor each element to the student's unique needs. As a leader in the tutoring and test prep industry, our success is attributed not only to our highly acclaimed instructional programs but also to the devoted professionals who are committed to helping students every day.

• Up to 30 hours per week.
• Working hours are between 12-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 1-7pm, and Saturdays 9-3pm.

• Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
• Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
• Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
• Owning administrative duties and office organization.
• Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center.
• Overseeing the student experience.
• Teaching students.

• A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
• Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
