Compensation:
Contract based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C - 17 base points or $2,465 base contract rate.

Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse coach and East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal.

• To instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize individual and team success.
• Concurrent instruction leading to moral values, pride in accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and confidence.
• Coaching with substantial knowledge of technical aspects and establishing positive relationships with all stakeholders.

• Successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience.
• Related successful experiences in educational leadership.
• Experience in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance with the East Ridge mission and vision.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and commitment to develop positive relationships between Raptors Boys Lacrosse program and the local community.
• Valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) required.
