Special Education Teacher (K-12 Caseload)
Location: White Bear Lake, Minnesota
Position Type: Full-Time Role
Job Description: Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in White Bear Lake, MN. This full-time contract role involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, implementing specialized instruction and support tailored to each student's needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
- Provide differentiated instruction in core subjects and life skills.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Active Minnesota Professional Educator License with LBS1 endorsement (or eligible).
- Experience with diverse learning needs, including behavioral and cognitive disabilities is preferred!
