Lead Toddler Teacher - Kiddie Academy

Kiddie Academy of Woodbury is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. If you love helping young children learn through play and creating a positive classroom environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers ages 16–33 months.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements.
• Observe and document children's growth and milestones.
• Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional educational experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and professional attendance
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus
• Ability to meet Minnesota DHS teacher qualifications
