nVent is opening a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Blaine, MN, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own projects end‑to‑end and lead RCCA for durable solutions. You will mentor a small team of technicians and manage ECOs while supporting CAPEX requests and new equipment implementation.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Lean tools, CAD (Solid Works), Minitab, and JD Edwards/Enovia.
