This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
Responsibilities- Execute daily equity transaction processing, including vesting, exercises, and related activities.
- Administer monthly employee stock purchase plan processes globally.
- Coordinate quarterly dividend processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Support stock administration activities, including granting and vesting events.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of Fidelity’s equity administration system, such as employee data updates, transaction validation, and troubleshooting.
- Manage escalations using Salesforce from global service centers, HR, or employees related to stock plans and equity administration.
- Update and maintain stock plan communication materials, procedures, and reference documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, Finance and/or Accounting in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Two (2) years of global equity compensation experience.
- Proficiency in Workday and Fidelity’s stock administration portal.
- Advanced Excel skills in data manipulation including pivot tables, V-lookups, and advanced filters to perform audits, reconciliations, and complex calculations.
- Proven analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to think critically.
- Project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to grasp accounting, tax, finance, and legal concepts.
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
TravelMay include up to 5% domestic/international.

CompensationThe expected compensation range for this position is $109,202 - $133,469, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
