Director of Security Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a security engineering team focused on security operations, cloud development, AI security, and vulnerability management.
• Develop, coordinate, and enforce security protocols to ensure comprehensive operational security.
• Collaborate with the Incident Response team to identify, assess and mitigate security threats.
• Implement AI‑powered security solutions and perform advanced threat modeling based on MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation processes.
• Coordinate with Cloud Operations and Development Operations to improve cyber hygiene and enhance security post‑ure.
• Coordinate standard processes for AI security and application across the business.

• Significant background in security operations and vulnerability management.
• Deep knowledge of cloud development and AI security technologies.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and enforce strict security protocols.
• Outstanding problem‑solving and analytical skills.
