Vice President, Enterprise Data Strategy & GovernanceYour role will allow you to tap into curiosity and collaborate with innovative professionals worldwide, impacting the organization in the following ways:
- Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and the operating model
- Drive the design and adoption of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, and standards
- Partner with IT and business leaders to shape scalable data platforms—cloud, MDM, metadata, and analytics capabilities
- Establish governance forums and executive steering committees to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure value realization
- Lead cross‑functional change management to embed data‑driven decision‑making, trusted data usage, and enterprise‑wide adoption
- Implement or mature enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi‑business unit organizations
- Apply deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
- Influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
- Lead large‑scale transformation, operating model design, and cross‑functional change initiatives
- Communicate executive‑level, translating complex topics into actionable insights
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation
- High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation
- Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi‑business unit organizations
- Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
- Experience leading large‑scale transformation, operating model design, and cross‑functional change initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights
- Master’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience building and leading enterprise data governance organizations and data domain models
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and enterprise value creation
Remote work; travel may include up to 20% of the time; relocation assistance may be authorized.
