We’re seeking a diligent and analytical Materials Cycle Counter/Inventory Control professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, ensuring our materials management system is reliable and efficient.
This position is ideal for someone who excels at problem‑solving, demonstrates attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Conduct and manage cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and post counts in our system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with shifts and departments to ensure inventory accuracy and meet count targets; keep leadership informed.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean activities to boost accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with physical inventory counts, coordinate audits with finance and external auditors.
- Proven experience in inventory management, cycle counting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to identify and resolve root causes of variances.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and software.
- A collaborative approach with dedication to ongoing growth.
Pay range: $17.20 - $31.90 per hour. Depending on the position, employee may be eligible for additional compensation, such as annual incentives.
