Teamsters Credit Union is a financially strong, relationship-driven credit union serving Teamsters and their families throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. As our longtime CEO retires after more than three decades of service, we are seeking a visionary, collaborative leader to build upon that legacy while positioning the credit union for its next era of growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the organization’s strategic plan.
- Identify and execute opportunities for membership, loan, and asset growth.
- Position Teamsters CU as the preferred financial partner for Teamster members and their families.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, partnerships, and service models.
- Plan and implement programs, policies, and procedures for all credit union operations.
- Manage all credit union functions such as accounting, ALM, lending, business development, compliance, human resource management, investments, IT, marketing, operations, property management, risk management, and security.
- Plan and oversee the employee compensation and benefit program.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements to the Board.
- Develop an annual budget to reflect the overall strategic plan.
- Ensure the credit union is compliant with Federal and state rules, regulations, and reporting.
- Adhere to and apply safety and security policies and procedures.
- Other duties as directed by the Board, not inconsistent with applicable laws and Teamsters Credit Union Bylaws.
- Increase awareness and consideration among eligible non-members.
- Develop innovative ways to engage younger Teamsters.
- Expand financial wellness initiatives as a member benefit.
- Experience leading organizational growth through strategy, business development, and collaborative leadership.
- Demonstrate ability to leverage technology and operational innovation to improve member experience.
- Ability to effectively present to the Board, staff, membership, vendors, and regulators.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting, IT, lending, and credit union operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
