Lead manufacturing engineering projects, drive Lean process improvements, and support production through tooling, troubleshooting, and change control.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Lean manufacturing experience using structured improvement tools
  • Statistical analysis software experience (Minitab preferred)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
  • Experience with PLM systems (Enovia preferred)
  • Experience managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
  • Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation and work instructions
Preferred Skills
  • 6+ months of people leadership experience
  • Capital equipment project experience and CAPEX justification support
  • Fixture and tooling design experience for production support and quality improvement
  • Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) experience for recurring manufacturing issues
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing projects end-to-end, including project plans, budget tracking, and schedule execution
  • Drive process improvements using Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S) to improve layouts, material flow, and waste reduction
  • Support CAPEX requests by developing justification, coordinating implementation, and validating results
  • Design and develop production fixtures to improve safety, quality, and throughput
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead RCCA to implement permanent corrective actions
  • Manage ECOs and ensure manufacturing documentation is reviewed and updated as needed
  • Develop, revise, and maintain work instructions and related manufacturing documentation
  • Provide technical direction to manufacturing engineering technicians, including task assignment and training support
