We're looking for detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Blaine. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling both sub-components and final products, working with a variety of tools, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shifts:
First shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Second shift (Monday through Thursday 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM) (10% shift differential).
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Assemble a variety of components and sub-assemblies to meet specifications.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and final assembly operations.
- Perform riveting operators to assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate insertion and grill press equipment to install hardware components accurately and efficiently per specifications.
- Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assemblies.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of your work throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Follow all safety guidelines including PPE and OSHA requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Basic math skills, including measurements and unit conversions.
- Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, calipers, and screwdrivers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment (noise, tools, solvents, etc.)
- Exposure to sealants, solvents and typical manufacturing conditions.
- Experience working in the Aerospace, Medical or other highly regulated industry.
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status required).

Salary Description
$18.75 - $24.59
