CNC Machinists & Operators - Aerospace Machining

Tek Pro is partnered with a growing precision manufacturing company in the Blaine area that is expanding its machining team. We are currently seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists and Operators for direct-hire opportunities in a clean, well-equipped manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing Set up and/or operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Monitor part quality and maintain production standards

Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure customer requirements are metWhat We're Looking For Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience in a production machining environment

Familiarity with CNC controls and machining best practices is preferred
