We are seeking a highly skilled Turning Center Programmer-Operator. This role involves running high-precision plastic parts using CNC turning centers, live tooling, sub-spindle operations, and manual lathe work. Must be capable of creating programs using 2D/3D CAD drawings and holding extremely tight tolerances.
Key Duties- Program HAAS CNC turning centers, including live tooling and sub‑spindle operations
- Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings
- Use measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Lift 10–25 pounds consistently
- Perform manual lathe operations for specialty or one‑off parts
- Maintain consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Strong CNC turning experience, including programming and set‑ups
- Machine shop experience required
- Manual lathe experience required
- Self‑motivated with good time‑management skills and ability to work on a team
