Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00pm
Status: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00
Reports To: Production Team Lead
Position OverviewPinske Edge is seeking a dependable Fabricator & Installer to join our team in Plato, MN. This hands‑on position involves both shop fabrication and field installation of solid surface products. The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with team members to support project requirements, including metal framework, crating, shipping, and scheduling.
- Fabricate solid surface and other materials according to specifications and quality standards.
- Travel to job sites to install solid surface products and related materials.
- Maintain adequate inventory of project materials and shop supplies.
- Operate, maintain, and perform routine upkeep of shop equipment and tools.
- Assist in other shop functions and production activities as workload and schedules require.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of the position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings & specs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the use of fabrication tools, equipment, and shop machinery.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques, equipment operation, and safe handling of materials and chemicals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operating procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous material handling experience‑specifically solid surface slabs preferred machines
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. at times
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Warehouse and shop environment
- PPE required in accordance with Safety AWAIR program.
