Description
1. Effectively operate the filling and assembly lines
- Learn and effectively execute any needed procedures for the filling and assembly equipment
- Perform operation changeovers, cleaning, sanitation and set‑ups of packaging and Assembly equipment
- Communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback to the packagers and temporary workers on the line
- Troubleshoot and performs basic filling equipment adjustments
2. Effectively utilize line equipment and materials
- Perform startup, operation, changeover and troubleshooting of multiple lines within the standard time
- Communicate efficiency expectations to the packagers and temporary workers
- Minimize material loss by monitoring fill accuracy and transfer losses
- Verify all line efficiency goals are being maintained and documented
3. Maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure team members adhere to established safe work practices
- Ensure team members utilize proper ergonomic related equipment
- Report any necessary safety related issues
- Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries
4. Maintain a quality / caring work environment
- Give clear direction to team members about manufacturing, quality and safety processes
- Communicate any quality challenges with the appropriate team members and Supervisor
- Perform and document all quality checks required throughout the run
- Report any necessary quality related issues
5. Miscellaneous
- Help with the training of Team Members
- Complete all production paperwork with proficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience of 2+ years in filling and packaging environment.

Anticipated Base Salary Range $18.00 to $25.00 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
