Blaine Brothers - Trailer Technician

We are a Minnesota based family‑owned business located in Inver Grove Heights. We are hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician to handle the complete repair and general maintenance of semi‑trailers, as well as all other styles and sizes of trailers. The candidate should have mechanical aptitude, be detail oriented, willing to help out where needed, have a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic.

1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (approx. 40-60 hours per week)

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 4pm-1am (approx. 40-60 hours per week)
plus a 10% pay shift differential

3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 9pm-6am (approx. 40-60 hours per week)
plus a 10% pay shift differential

• Great work ethic
• Willingness to jump in and help out where needed
• Technical aptitude with basic electric diagnostic / troubleshooting experience a plus
• Welding experience a plus
• Basic tool set and tool box to start (assistance programs available)
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally and 10-50 lbs. frequently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reliability and a dedication to be a hard worker
• Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly work environment
