A Day in the Role Set up and operate CNC lathes to turn precision components that meet exact specifications.

Translate blueprints and work instructions into efficient machine setups and workflows.

Handle tool changes, set offsets, and make routine machine adjustments to keep parts within tolerance.

Verify every feature using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Track quality and throughput, maintaining production standards across your runs.

Collaborate with quality and production teams so customer requirements are consistently met.

What You Bring Hands-on experience setting up or operating CNC lathes in a production environment.

Confidence reading blueprints and using precision measurement instruments.

Meticulous attention to detail with a strong, consistent quality mindset.

Background in production machining and an understanding of process discipline.
