CastingFinisher Qualifications
We are waving the 2‑year minimum experience requirement. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
Casting Finisher RequirementsCandidates must be mechanically inclined to perform Cleaning Room Department casting finishing operations for aluminum parts such as knockout operations, manually knockout sand core from aluminum parts, water blast, sand blast, band‑saw operators to cut off aluminum parts, CNC operator, grinders and benchers to clean aluminum parts. Also you must have the ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
You must be able to operate a computer to access training & work instructions, and be able to follow all processes and procedures for the Casting Finisher foundry production job.
These positions are permanent on 2nd shift hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday. Training is completed on 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
You must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, dependable with a good attendance record & have a positive attitude.

PaymentWe offer TOP PAY for experience: $24.67 to $28.67 per hour, depending on qualifications.
HoursWe have two shifts: 1st (6:00 am to 2:00 pm) and 2nd (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) plus $1.00 shift differential.
