Role

As an R&D Process Technician
, you will collaborate with researchers and development partners to operate and maintain advanced processing machinery to support technology development programs.

• Configure, operate, and maintain complex process equipment.
• Conduct designed experiments to support lead researchers in understanding how materials and process parameters affect product properties.
• Work independently and with multidisciplinary team members.
• Make recommendations regarding materials and/or process modifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year technician experience in a research lab or manufacturing facility.
• or an Associate’s degree or 2‑year technical certificate in electrical, mechanical, or process discipline.
• Experience working across multiple disciplines, businesses, or departments.
• 4+ years’ experience running process equipment.
• History of taking ownership and responsibility for maintaining and improving process equipment.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid hands‑on mechanical skillset with knowledge of automated systems.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative in their work.

Expected compensation range $67,593 – $82,614 base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
