Role
As an R&D Process Technician
, you will collaborate with researchers and development partners to operate and maintain advanced processing machinery to support technology development programs.
- Configure, operate, and maintain complex process equipment.
- Conduct designed experiments to support lead researchers in understanding how materials and process parameters affect product properties.
- Work independently and with multidisciplinary team members.
- Make recommendations regarding materials and/or process modifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year technician experience in a research lab or manufacturing facility.
- or an Associate’s degree or 2‑year technical certificate in electrical, mechanical, or process discipline.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines, businesses, or departments.
- 4+ years’ experience running process equipment.
- History of taking ownership and responsibility for maintaining and improving process equipment.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid hands‑on mechanical skillset with knowledge of automated systems.
- Self‑starter who takes initiative in their work.

CompensationExpected compensation range $67,593 – $82,614 base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
