Location:
North Minneapolis Area Industry: Aerospace & Medical Precision Manufacturing Compensation: $20.00 – $38.00/hour + shift differentials

Imagine starting your shift in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility where robotics hum, pallets queue themselves, and complex aerospace and medical parts move seamlessly from station to station. You head to your CNC lathe, review the setup sheet, confirm tools and offsets, and begin dialing in tight tolerances on parts with intricate geometry. Throughout the day, you verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers, tweak offsets to perfect surface finishes, and collaborate with teammates who are just as invested in continuous improvement as you are.
What Your Day Looks Like Own CNC lathe setups: prepare tools, set offsets, load programs, and run parts to spec.
Hold tight tolerances on complex components—think 1,000+ dimensions and exacting GD&T.Inspect with precision gaging (calipers, micrometers) and document results.
Troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and sustain throughput across multiple machines when needed.
Support preventive maintenance, deburr and finish parts, and contribute to lean/CI activities.

Shifts & Differentials1st
Shift: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd
Shift: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff)
Weekend
Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff)
What You Bring2+ years of CNC machining experience with a focus on lathe/turning.
Proven ability to perform setups and run independently.
Comfort executing offsets, troubleshooting, and running multiple machines.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation; meticulous inspection skills.
Comfort with tight tolerances and complex parts; aerospace/medical/high-precision experience preferred.
