General Compounder - 1st Shift

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a leading manufacturer, marketer and seller of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products licensed in approximately 150 countries under international luxury brands.

• Understand and follow safety guidelines, including proper PPE use.
• Follow manufacturing procedures to make batches.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
• Operate complex processing equipment such as mixing kettles, pumps, homogenizers, blenders and filters.
• Accurately gather and weigh raw materials, maintain accurate inventory through SAP transactions.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work area.
• Produce batches meeting Right‑First‑Time quality specifications and submit samples to quality control.
• Complete batches on schedule in line with departmental KPI goals, including scrap and batch cycle time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Some experience in a controlled manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
• Must follow instructions and pay attention to details.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfortable operating powered/hydraulic industrial equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good understanding of measurement units and basic math.
• Good communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
• Computer proficiency.

Hourly range: $21.00 to $26.00, depending on experience, skills and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program and educational and budgetary allowances.
