KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Understand and follow safety guidelines, including proper PPE use.
- Follow manufacturing procedures to make batches.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
- Operate complex processing equipment such as mixing kettles, pumps, homogenizers, blenders and filters.
- Accurately gather and weigh raw materials, maintain accurate inventory through SAP transactions.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work area.
- Produce batches meeting Right‑First‑Time quality specifications and submit samples to quality control.
- Complete batches on schedule in line with departmental KPI goals, including scrap and batch cycle time.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Some experience in a controlled manufacturing environment preferred. - Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
- Must follow instructions and pay attention to details.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfortable operating powered/hydraulic industrial equipment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good understanding of measurement units and basic math.
- Good communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
- Computer proficiency.
Hourly range: $21.00 to $26.00, depending on experience, skills and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program and educational and budgetary allowances.
