CNC Turning Setup Specialist — Aerospace Components Ready to make a measurable impact on high-precision parts? Tek Pro is partnering with a rapidly growing precision manufacturer in the Blaine area to expand its machining team. This is a direct-hire role in a clean, well-equipped environment with modern CNC equipment, stable work, and competitive pay.

Role Snapshot Set up and/or run CNC lathes to produce tight-tolerance components.

Interpret blueprints and work instructions to guide each operation.

Perform tool changes, set offsets, and make basic machine adjustments.

Conduct in-process and final checks with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Maintain part quality and production standards throughout each shift.

Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet customer specs.

Do You Match?

Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes in production.

Proficient with blueprint reading and precision metrology tools.

Detail-driven with a commitment to consistent quality.

Background in a production machining environment.
