Production Technician-3rd shift

Job Summary

This position involves assisting the Production group in setting up and operating equipment in a process development or limited production environment. Responsibilities include setting up repeat work, training other employees, performing specific preventive maintenance tasks, documenting process conditions and results, and quality reporting. Occasionally, this role may require temporarily assuming the responsibilities of a Laser Operator.

• Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment.
• Conduct training sessions for other employees.
• Perform specific preventive maintenance tasks.
• Document process conditions and results accurately.
• Report on quality metrics and issues.
• Temporarily assume the role of Laser Operator as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the operation and setup of complex test or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to quickly and positively adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mechanical and analytical aptitude.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within primary job functions.
• Experience in programming G code or similar languages.
• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
• Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints.

• Associate's level technical training.

Weekend Shift: Fri 8:30pm-8:30am, Sat 6pm-6am, Sun 3pm-3am
