Assembly Operator - 2nd shift

Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00PM – 1:30AM
Saturday overtime may be required.
Shift spread over evenings Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.

• Perform a variety of duties involved in assembly, packaging, and paint preparation.
• Use hand tools effectively and safely.
• Maintain focus on safety and quality as priorities.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

• Skilled at using hand tools and following safety procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Starting hourly pay up to $20.75+ with overtime opportunities.
Pay scale ranges from $14.80 to $27.50 per hour depending on position, with eligibility for annual incentives.
