Flex Craft, a Minnesota-based manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our hands-on production team. You will produce metal components and assemblies using fabrication equipment, blueprints, and work instructions in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of metal fabrication experience, reads blueprints, and can set up common fabrication tools. We offer a 4-day work week with first and second shifts, competitive pay, and a benefits package.
