Receiving Clerk Full Time – Day Shift | Blaine MN

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Receiving Clerk.

Successful candidates will be responsible for all tasks associated with receiving incoming shipments and assisting with outgoing shipments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count all incoming products
• Verify quantities match Purchase Orders and packing slips
• Update forms digitally and on paper
• Transfer product to appropriate storage containers
• Transfer product to other departments by hand or cart
• Update schedule as work is processed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with above average math skills
• Good communication skills with neat legible handwriting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and 40 lbs. occasionally, as required.
