Assembly​/Test Technician Full Time – Day Shift | Blaine MN

We are seeking detail-oriented

Assembly/Test Technicians.

Successful candidates will be responsible for handling, assembling, and testing products in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and/or test regulators and valves
• Verify components match drawings or specifications
• Use pressurized gas to verify function of components and check for leaks
• Process and document testing failures and certifications
• Process unused or non-conforming components
• Update schedule as work is processed

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and 40 lbs. occasionally, as required.
