ITW is seeking a Fastener Manufacturing operator at our Itasca, IL facility to run manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring quality. The role supports 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with training on various shifts during the first 3 months.
You will perform quality checks and follow SOPs to maintain high standards and teamwork. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with potential overtime and weekends.
