Location:
Blaine, MN | Industry: Precision Manufacturing Step into a modern, high-end machining environment where your senior-level expertise sets the pace for the day. From your first 5:00 AM setup to final in-process checks before 3:00 PM, you’ll take ownership of complex parts, tight tolerances, and multi-axis work that keeps production running smoothly.
What your day looks like
Set up and run advanced CNC milling and turning centers to produce high-precision components.
Leverage Mill-Turn capabilities, live tooling, or 5-axis machining to tackle complex geometries (highly preferred).Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan each job effectively.
Dial in tooling, apply offsets, and make setup adjustments to achieve exacting specs.
Own quality at the machine: inspect work, troubleshoot, and optimize processes.
Best fit for experienced Level 3–4 CNC Machinists who work independently.
Compensation & schedule $28.00–$40.00/hr depending on experience.
1st
Shift: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (consistent schedule).Excellent benefits package and strong long-term career growth.

Senior-level CNC machining experience in milling and/or turning.
Mill-Turn with live tooling or 5-axis background preferred.
Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and run CNC machines independently.
Fluent blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
