We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Process Chemist / Process Chemist to support large-scale chemical manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role focuses on process optimization, troubleshooting live production issues, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong plant‑floor experience and a practical approach to solving real‑time operational challenges.

• Support large-scale chemical processing and manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot production, process, and quality issues in real time.
• Work directly with operators, maintenance teams, quality personnel, and leadership.
• Monitor and optimize reaction systems, processing operations, and manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical expertise related to manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Participate in customer‑facing technical discussions when needed.
• Serve as a key technical resource and future plant subject matter expert.

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process chemistry, plant operations, or chemical processing.
• Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting active production processes.
• Experience with pumps, valves, reaction vessels, tanks, load cells, and reaction systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to react quickly to production challenges.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operators, maintenance personnel, and leadership teams.
