Aluminum Welder/Fabricator

Location: Blaine
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $28–$36/hour DOE

We are looking for a highly skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator with strong TIG welding experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision aluminum welding and is ready to grow into a leadership role over time.

This position is ideal for a motivated welder who wants long-term career growth, hands-on fabrication work, and the opportunity to become a Lead Welder as the team expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum components and molds
  • MIG weld steel frames and structural components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum molds and steel frames
  • Grind, polish, deburr, and finish welded components to high cosmetic and quality standards
  • Operate fabrication equipment including band saws, drill presses, plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and pneumatic tools
  • Support shop workflow, quality control, and production efficiency
  • Assist in mentoring and training newer welders as you grow into a leadership role

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of aluminum TIG welding experience preferred
  • Strong fabrication and blueprint-reading skills
  • Experience working with both aluminum and steel
  • High attention to detail and pride in clean, precise welds
  • Ability to work independently and maintain production quality standards
  • Previous lead experience is a plus, but strong performers with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with grinding, polishing, and metal finishing processes preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
