Aluminum Welder/Fabricator
Location: Blaine
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $28–$36/hour DOE

We are looking for a highly skilled Aluminum Welder/Fabricator with strong TIG welding experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision aluminum welding and is ready to grow into a leadership role over time.
This position is ideal for a motivated welder who wants long-term career growth, hands-on fabrication work, and the opportunity to become a Lead Welder as the team expands.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum components and molds
- MIG weld steel frames and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum molds and steel frames
- Grind, polish, deburr, and finish welded components to high cosmetic and quality standards
- Operate fabrication equipment including band saws, drill presses, plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and pneumatic tools
- Support shop workflow, quality control, and production efficiency
- Assist in mentoring and training newer welders as you grow into a leadership role
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of aluminum TIG welding experience preferred
- Strong fabrication and blueprint-reading skills
- Experience working with both aluminum and steel
- High attention to detail and pride in clean, precise welds
- Ability to work independently and maintain production quality standards
- Previous lead experience is a plus, but strong performers with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
- Experience with grinding, polishing, and metal finishing processes preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
