Your missionOwn end-to-end execution on sophisticated components in a modern, high-end facility. From blueprint interpretation to final inspection, you’ll set up, run, and refine CNC processes to hit exact specs—every time.
Day shift detailsSchedule:
1st shift, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (consistent hours). Compensation: $28.00–$40.00/hr, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits and strong long-term career growth.
- Set up and operate advanced CNC mills and lathes for tight-tolerance, complex parts.
- Use Mill-Turn with live tooling or 5-axis machining to solve challenging geometries (strongly preferred).
- Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings and apply precision measurement.
- Perform tooling selection, offsets, and setup adjustments to maintain process control.
- Operate independently—ideal for Level 3–4 CNC Machinists who take initiative.
- Senior-level CNC experience across milling and/or turning.
- Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and run equipment without supervision.
- Excellent blueprint reading and metrology proficiency.
