Tek Pro is hiring for direct-hire CNC turning roles with a precision manufacturer in the Blaine area. You’ll work in a clean, well-equipped environment on modern CNC equipment supporting aerospace/defense customers.

Do you thrive setting up or running CNC lathes for tight-tolerance parts?

Can you read blueprints and follow work instructions without missing a detail?

Are you comfortable making offsets, swapping tools, and dialing in machines for repeatable results?

Do you verify your work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to keep parts in spec?

Are you energized by partnering with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements?

Your Impact Set up and/or operate CNC lathes to produce precision components

Interpret blueprints and follow work instructions to the letter

Execute tool changes, apply offsets, and complete basic machine adjustments

Inspect parts with precision hand metrology and maintain production standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and on-time delivery

What You’ll Need Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes

Blueprint reading and proficiency with precision measurement tools

Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience in a production machining setting

Familiarity with CNC controls and machining best practices (preferred)
Technical Strengths We’re Looking ForCNC machine setup and changeover for production

Precision measurement and hand metrology competency

Understanding of machine geometry and alignment fundamentals

Efficient machine setups for repeatable production runs
