- Pay Range Statement Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation based on role (e.g., shift differential, bonus, sales incentive, productivity pay, etc.).

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Nurse Navigator to join our Breast Health team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
The Nurse Navigator in Breast Health is a nursing practice role serving patients with breast cancers and their families throughout the Park Nicollet integrated health system. This role identifies patient needs from diagnosis through the care continuum, coordinates care and provides consultation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (including surgery, oncology, radiation therapy, radiology, and pathology). Responsibilities include assessment, intervention, ongoing evaluation of physical, psychosocial, and financial needs, patient/family education, and resource identification.

- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
Required Qualifications:
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in oncology patient care.
- Expertise in physical and psychosocial assessment.
- Experience in patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- Minnesota nursing license.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or ability to obtain within 2–5 years.
- BLS provider status (AHA guidelines)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong clinical, human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and be self-directed.
- Proficient with computers, EMR, and office equipment.
- Knowledge of community resources and financial hardship support.
- Familiarity with employment law, regulations, and internal policies
