West-Central MNA growing regional healthcare system in west-central Minnesota is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner for an Enterprise Float position supporting Emergency Departments, hospital services, outpatient clinics, and a Walk-In Clinic across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys variety and wants to work within a collaborative regional healthcare system.
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, no traditional call requirement, and the opportunity to earn additional compensation through production-based wRVUs.
ED coverage averages approximately 3–4 patient encounters per shift with an average acuity of approximately 3.5 on a 1–5 ESI scale.
