** Position Summary**:  We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for in-process and final inspections, identify and communicate quality concerns, identify nonconformances, support corrective actions, and provide guidance to production personnel throughput the manufacturing process.
** Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and aesthetic inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
* Conduct in-process inspections by reviewing product specifications, performing measurements, and communicating required adjustments to production personnel and supervisors
* Review blueprints, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements to ensure product conformity
* Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records, reports, logs, and database entries
* Generate and process nonconformance reports and assist with product disposition activities
* Communicate quality concerns, inspection findings, and nonconforming conditions to supervisors and production teams in a timely manner
* Support investigations into quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities
* Train and educate production personnel on quality requirements, inspection results, and quality improvement opportunities
* Participate in internal quality audits to verify compliance with documented procedures, specifications, and quality system requirements## Qualifications
** Minimum Qualifications**:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or related environment
* Previous quality inspection experience preferred
* Previous experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, calipers, or gauges
* Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentation
* Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document inspection results, maintain records, and enter data into electronic systems
* Bilingual Spanish or Hmong a plus
