Hours:

various hours available, Monday - Friday, occasionally weekends.

• Pre-operational inspection of the plant
• Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and SSOP programs
• Communicate with sanitation, USDA, supervisors and other associates
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to follow quality standards
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Able to read and write English

Continuously working around moving machinery, working in a cold, hot, slippery and damp environment.

Salary is dependent upon experience and education. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. Post‑secondary training, work experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, knowledge of Q.A. policies, HACCP Programs and USDA Regulations would be helpful.
