Martin Marietta Materials is seeking a Mix Design Specialist to join the Quality Control team. You will develop, test, and optimize asphalt mix designs to meet MnDOT specifications and project requirements, while ensuring consistent plant production quality.
This role requires 3–5 years of asphalt mix design experience, MnDOT certifications, and a strong background in QA/QC, laboratory testing, and collaboration with plant operators. Union position under IUOE Local 49 with competitive benefits.
